No Nonsense - Returns Policy

Basically, if you return it as you received it - we will refund your money!

Our returns policy lasts 14 days only. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not offer you a refund or exchange.

We are happy to refund or exchange your product - without any fuss, providing your item is returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. Including the original unopened packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, so please do not delete your proof of payment.

Please do not send your purchase back without a returns authorisation from us.
Not accepted to be returned.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing ingredients for reasons, not due to our error will NOT be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Which will include your approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as reasonably possible.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. (this is beyond our control)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. WE WILL PAY POSTAGE FOR A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We have no control over your item being received.
