We were introduced to this when it was a free sample that came with a magazine and we just can't get enough of it now. We use it in all sorts of dishes but my favourite is roast potatoes - simply delicious!!!

Also i finally found out what the plant was that the bugs loved so much in my back garden........Kawakawa bushes. I am going to have a go at the herb tea.

I had never heard of horipito but after trying the Wild Herb Seasoning it's a must in my rack.
1st attempt was a small pork roast. I coated it generously and loved the pepper hit but found it too salty for my taste but my wife loved it.
2nd attempt was a lamb shoulder. Cooked on the charcoal Weber. Lightly seasoned I still got the great Pepper taste but not overpowered by salt. Perfect.
Finally I dusted a T Bone and Grilled it on the Weber & Wow best flavor ever.
